Lead the redesign and initial launch of product MVP, which included scoping out initial features, leading team scrums, and prioritize release features. Continued growth and scaling of the digital product as well as managing the digital brand and working with marketing on all campaigns and brand identity.
I was brought in to UPP to lead the digital product as a whole as well as manage the digital brand itself. Working with their developers, we completely revamped everything from design to functionality and continued to grow and scale the product, offering the members of this cash back platform the best experience possible. I lead the features for their custom CMS, member facing platform, as well as managed their digital brand from logo creation to digital marketing initiatives for both in house and out of house marketing. We achieved these results while working with UPP’s third party agencies for their respective work.
